Accounts and Registration

Google Account Authentication

Our service allows you to create an account and log in using your Google account. When you choose this option, you authorize us to access your basic profile information from Google, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

  • You understand that connecting your Google account means you're granting us access to this basic profile information
  • You can revoke this access at any time through your Google security settings

Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management or by contacting our customer support team.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Content and License

Your Content

When you provide content to our service for processing (like topics, descriptions, or other inputs), you grant us a license to use, modify, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content that you provide.

Generated Content

The content generated by our Services (such as optimized titles, descriptions, and tags) is owned by you once delivered. However, we retain the right to use anonymized patterns and learnings from the generation process to improve our service.

You are solely responsible for the use of the generated content and ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks
  • Use the Services for any purposes other than legitimate SEO and content optimization
  • Generate content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that (i) the Services will meet your requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) any errors in the Services will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TrendSEO AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
